The 6th Hub are WYP Officers who work within West Yorkshire Prisons. The Officers work with partner agencies to reduce re-offending focusing on the 7 pathways.

IOM 6th Hub linked in with a prisoner, suffering serious concerns for a family member. Using the working relationships forged over time, officers were able to link in directly with multiple partner agencies to ensure safeguarding for a potential victim #iom #protectingyou

Nine people signed up so far to the TACKLE IT domestic violence course due to start in January 2021. IOM working in partnership with the Violence Reduction Unit and the Leeds Rhinos to reduce domestic violence. #LEEDSRHINOS #IOM #VRU #protectingyou #reducingreoffending

IOM 6th HUB assisted division with enquiries in relation to high risk missing persons. Officers needed urgent information, from a serving prisoner. Information was obtained and divisional officers updated immediately thanks to IOM prison access. #protectingyou #iom

The IOM 6th HUB assisted division with enquiries in relation to a high risk domestic offender. They were harassing the victim whilst remanded in prison. The outcome resulted in new protection measures put in place to safeguard the victim #IOM #protectingyou #reducingreoffending
