I'm a little sick of Upwork job postings being outright dishonest about what they're actually wanting for a contract. It's such a waste of connects when I apply for an hourly writing job and the response reveals the client actually doesn't want to pay you hourly.

@DouglasLumsden1 Understandable! Social media, for a lot of self-pubs especially, is one of the only ways we can market ourselves. My only issue with it is when an author will ONLY post about their book (usually repeating the same post over and over again) and then it just feels like spam.
