Top clubs can afford to lose big players because they can easily buy new ones.

Mid table and lower league clubs do not have that sort of luxury.

Transfer fees are payment for a selling club to willingly release their player from contract.

Accents are racialised but to an extent. Your parents accent has an effect on you, which obviously is dependant on their ethnic background. So do your social groups. And the media you consume. There's many little factors.

I have a very different accent compared to my brothers.
