@RAC_Care I was left in my car until 2am @TheRAC_UK and told by your contractor you don’t prioritise lone females, the elderly or children. Interesting don’t you think? Needless to say we’ve cancelled our policy with you as you previously left my stepson for 18hrs overnight. Shameful

@greateranglia Your staff need better training on what to do if a child is going to be left in a vulnerable situation due to poor decisions from your staff. She’s now at Norwich stn as your staff refused her access to her train,her phone locked with tickets.
Is this acceptable?

@greateranglia Disappointing that my 15 yr daughter was refused by your staff to get on her train back home. Her phone locked & she’s unable to show the tickets purchased. Now she’s sat at Norwich Stn on her own in the dark as a vulnerable female. Is this your policy?
