💡 Basic terms used in Grey Market

Premium – Trading in shares
Kostak – Application rate. Seller will get a fixed amount against his application whether he gets allotment or not. If he gets allotment, shares will be sold on the instructions of buyer on listing day (mostly in pre-open).

Subject to Allotment (S2) – In this case, seller will get a fixed amount only if he gets allotment. Shares which he will get will be sold on the instructions of buyer on listing day (mostly in pre-open).

In case of non-allotment, he will not get anything.
