@JumboWorld Disappointed with the price! Recently purchased a remote in MOE that cost AED 350. The same product is sold at Dubai Hills at AED 180!. No proper response from Jumbo!

Despite having a warranty & paying full amount to contractor, Schindler(DXB) refuses to commission lift. Wife has severe arthritis, mother in law is cancer patient. Appeal to Dubai Government to protect retail customer from such bullying. @UAEmGov @dubai_consumers

@dutweets No intention to find a solution to the problem. We plan to disconnect all 15 accounts & move to @etisalat. Perfect example of how a utility company must not be managed
