From the eyewitness reports of the past to full-area early wildfire detection today π²π₯ In the beginning of the month, the Hessian Broadcasting reported on the successful operation of our systems in the Odenwald region in Hesse, Germany (https://t.co/MW5D0lloRV).
After that, they changed to drones to narrow down the location of the wildfire, which saved about 50% of the time needed. Today, our sensor system detects wildfires within minutes and, when an alarm is triggered, immediately provides the exact coordinates of the fire.
This is due to drought in the spring and extreme heat in the summer. These conditions underline: Early detection enables action by firefighters to protect people, nature and property.

Two years of good results π²β The New Rhine Newspaper (NRZ) recently highlighted (https://t.co/DV23WOgD0g) that our installations are delivering strong results in North Rhine-Westphalia after two years of operation.
We are delighted to hear this positive feedback because the 2025 wildfire statistics from the Federal Information Center for Agriculture show a significant increase: The number of wildfires in Germany was more than double that of 2024.
Countless conversations and major milestone: looking back at our successful week at @INTERSCHUTZ π₯π In the first week of June, we were thrilled to welcome several delegations, media representatives, and professionals from over 40 countries!
Detection β Early Detection π₯π²π How early is early enough? When it comes to wildfires, the answer can mean the difference between containment and catastrophe.
As climate change makes wildfire risk rise sharply, reliable early detection is non-negotiable. The future calls for systems that can detect wildfires early and accurately under real-world conditions and provide firefighters with reliable information in real time.
Successful week at @INTERSCHUTZ π₯π Over the past week, we were delighted to welcome several delegations, media representatives, and professionals from over 40 countries to our two booths.
Itβs clearer than ever that wildfires are a challenge around the world and future-proof measures need to be taken. What made this week truly special was the large amount of positive feedback from firefighters who operate our system daily to protect people, nature and property.
Good energy on day four of INTERSCHUTZ π₯π Great conversations, fresh ideas, and two locations to meet us: hall 17 at booth F04 and the WildfireCamp at booth D90/33.
Our experts Dr. Kurt Winter, Wolfgang Weber, Kurt Winter, Victoria Winter and Christoph Schwengner are here for all questions around early wildfire detection and explain the difference between detection and early detection through our leading sensor system.
@interschutz π€ The session was followed by an open get-together with German users of our system and interested professionals. It was a great opportunity for exchange and best practice sharing.

Important milestone in Germanyπ²π Yesterday, our 200th sensor site in Germany was officially inaugurated in Alt Garge together with Miriam Staudte, Lower Saxony's Minister of Food, Agriculture, and Consumer Protection.
@interschutz π‘Our experts Wolfgang Weber, Kurt Winter, Victoria Winter and Christoph Schwengner continue to demonstrate how our leading sensor system can save crucial minutes in wildfire response.
