⛑️ Quick Moves, Safe Courts at Qasqas! 🏃🏽‍♂️🏥

On April 24, 2025, we held an engaging First Aid & CPR Training session at Qasqas Courts with over 25 participants !🙌🏼👩🏽‍🦰👨🏻‍🦱

The training focused on sports related injuries and emergency response, giving our community the tools to act fast and smart when it matters most. 💥💡

We also opened the floor to discuss how we can sustain Qasqas Courts together for future activities and safe community spaces. 🌱🏛️

🌿 Empowering the Next Generation for a Greener Future! 🌍

Today, April 2, 2025, Qasqas Courts turned into an environmental playground with 40 young participants diving into an exciting Environmental Quiz and Games! 🌱 The kids had a fantastic time learning about key environmental issues, from recycling to sustainable practices, all while having fun in the process. 🎯🌍

Their energy was contagious, and it was inspiring to see their curiosity and commitment to making a positive impact on the planet. 🌎✨ This experience was a reminder that when we combine education with play, we plant the seeds for a better future! 🌿💚

🚑 On March 18, 2025, Qasqas Courts became a hub of lifesaving knowledge as around 30 participants took part in a vital CPR and First Aid Workshop! 🏥✨
Through hands-on training and expert guidance, participants learned essential skills to respond to emergencies with confidence and care. Their engagement and enthusiasm made this workshop a great success! ❤️🙌
We were also thrilled to have our donors, KfW and UNOPS, visit us during the session. It was a pleasure to have them join in and see the impact of the workshop firsthand, sharing in the meaningful experience with the participants. 😊🌟

Under the operational management of Qasqas Courts, IRADA hosted a Yoga Session, bringing together 30 incredible women aged 45 to 65 for a morning of mindfulness, movement, and connection. 🧎‍♀💙

The feedback was truly inspiring! From deep stretches to moments of reflection, the session fostered a supportive space where participants could unwind, recharge, and embrace well-being. 🌸😊
