🟢Acquired HA-PV malformx are more complex and respond poorly to arterial embo alone.
➡️Recommend to treat outflow PV.
➡️Be careful with PV embo bc of presence of flow reversal.
➡️Recommend plug/coil centrally and liquid embolic in the peripheral aspect of the lesion.

Discussion:
🟢Iatrogenic HA-PV fistulae are being seen more commonly with more percutaneous HB procedures being done.
🟢Diagnosis of HA-PV malformx by imaging:
1⃣ PV waveform arterialization 2⃣ early PV filling 3⃣hypertrophied arteries surrounding PV. 4⃣dilated PV.
