If you are less than 40 years this is for you in 2026.

-Buy a Blood pressure machine. You need it. A lifesaver.

- Have a sugar checking machine (Glucometer)

-Get an ECG of your heart (shows the electrical functioning of your Heart) especially if you are a Gym bros. Get it by all means ( Blood pressure too)

- Occasionally Try & See a Therapist (you're not mad, you're just alive)

- Once / Twice every year check the Fat and Electrolyte levels in your blood. Go for routine labs.

- Always look at your urine and poo closely before flushing( says so much about what's happening in your system.

- If you're planning to marry , repeat your Genotype.
Some people are just knowing they are carrying sickle cell trait from lab mistakes. Use advanced labs.

- Check your blood for HIV, Hepatitis B &C and get vaccinated if necessary.

- If you've been told you have an Ulcer and having recurrent pains, Get an endoscopy to look at it ( Like a Camera to view it) . It can be anything.

- Get a Health insurance. A must!!!

Trust me if at 20s, 30s you do this. This is the biggest investment for your Health.

Many people are just realizing these in their 50s.

I need your help urgently.
One of my team members, Douye Tungbulu @TunzDev, is going through every family’s worst nightmare.

His mother, Tina, is battling stage 4 ovarian cancer. Three days ago, Douye asked for time off, and when I asked why, he told me she was in the hospital fighting for her life.

The medical bills are crushing ₦16 million total for her treatment. They’ve already spent ₦1.1 million out of pocket, and yesterday another ₦3.6 million was paid to begin her clinical procedures and first month of treatment. That’s ₦4.7 million down, but there’s still ₦11.3 million to go.

Douye is one of the hardest working, very dedicated to work. He shows up every day, delivers excellent work, and never complains. Now he’s watching his mother fight for her life while scrambling to keep her treatment going.
