Look After Your Mate - 13:00 - 16:00 Rolle 119, May 23rd, This workshop will give you the necessary tips and tools to support a friend in need: spotting the signs that your friend is struggling, how to start a conversation and support them and when to signpost for further help.

Final chaplaincy walk will be at Mount Edgcumbe on Saturday 25th May. Meeting at 11.00 at the Cremyll ferry (Admirals Hard, Stonehouse). Bring a packed lunch, a waterproof coat and £4 for the Cremyll Ferry.
You can walk to the ferry or take the 34 bus from Royal Parade.
