One of the first changes is to reconfigure the factory space.
This machine will be leaving ISCAL after being a major component for over 50 years. This is one of 3 Kiess & Gerlach machines we are getting rid of which were made in 1926. Bye Bye

SUCCESS!!! Jabeen volunteered as a cleaner for a few weeks & then transitioned onto our 6 month paid internship programme. She has now told us she has been offered 2 jobs, 1 in a school & 1 in retail. We are so happy for her. #supportedemployment #internships #skills #resilient
