World Mental Health Day – October 10 💚
In many Indigenous teachings, wellness is about balance — of the mind, body, spirit, and emotions. Just as we care for the land, the water, and all our relations, we must also care for our own hearts and minds.
As the leaves change and the air turns crisp, we’re excited to keep the warm introductions coming! For this month's Meet the Team Monday, we introduce you to William Noah!
