What do you need to do to get a response @BandQ ?
I have used the website complaints procedure, sent one letter recorded and then another tracked? Still no response? Do you just bin the complaints and hope they go away?

@theLUCASTDS Yes in 1976 in my final year at school aged 16 we invited mums to bring babies and toddlers under three to be left with us . It was part of our child care and we had them every week whilst their parents left them alone with us.. thinking about it now, it was bloody scary lol
