What a joke @AKCPetInsurance is! I’ve had many different pet insurances but this one has been the BIGGEST hassle. Every claim they want full medical records (even for a wellness check). This is an inconvenience to my vet. Once again searching for different coverage :/

I find it hard to believe that @WeirtonMedical has no beds. (What we were told) Mom is having post surgery anesthesia/pain med complications and they refuse to admit her. She isn’t even well enough to stand on her own. Going on hr 5 in recovery. Step up #WMC BE BETTER DO BETTER
