@I_Am_The_ICT Im limited on the characters I can use. But this is confusing to me, what is the qualifications for a rebalance? also what happens if the high dis respects the FVG? Thank you.
@I_Am_The_ICT Michael, Thank you for all you do. I have a question pertaining to 22 lecture series video 12
looking to determine these three highs and what they classify as. labeled 1/2/3. This is a 1 hour chart on the MNQ.
It seems to me that they all rebalance a FVG? making them all IH's?
3.Satiety and slow digestion. Because animal protein takes longer to digest and break down it provides a more prolonged amount of energy and leaves you feeling fuller for longer… which turns out to be pretty dang useful when your past life of fast food frenzies creeps up.
2.The thermic effect of food…. Everything takes energy, even digesting your food. It just so happens that animal protein requires almost 3X as much energy as its counterparts…. which means you literally will expend more energy, by eating. Pretty rad.
