* Manage and track critical project documentation, including contracts, change orders, schedules, and daily/weekly progress reports.
* Identify and develop local project leads while fostering long-term relationships with regional subcontractors.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree Construction Management, Civil Engineering
* MS Project, Smartsheet, Document Control: Bluebeam, Procore.
* MS Office Suite (Excel expert preferred), MS Teams, Zoom, Adobe Acrobat
* Minimum 5 years of commercial construction cost estimation and project management experience with restoration projects
* Understanding of various façade systems and materials, including masonry, concrete, stone, curtain walls, windows, and roofing
* Knowledge of historic preservation principles and restoration techniques
* Blueprint reading skills, robust contract literacy, and sharp negotiation / conflict resolution abilities
