If the Government can't do anything, obviously there will be mistrust & more parties will come up, because people were already disgusted by the likes of INC, TMC and now BJP is in the same purview.
No wonder that any accountability & transparency exists in the structures of Govt.

Ban on Telegram shows:
1. Mistrust of government body exists even after their vociferous outcry on preventing leaks.
2. No action has been taken yet in the internal structures of the bodies.
3. Sending papers through IAF's C17 Globemaster shows the same as before people persists.

Banning Telegram is incompetence of authority & Ministry-Ed in conducting exams without any apprehension of discrepancy & misconduct, violating rights of citizens.
They should take responsibility & terminate/proceed legal actions against NTA.
