@RogerKerry1 Haha. I usually do a watered down version of this because it usually feels better for the patient to work on dorsiflexion, but I have no other reason for it.
@GregLehman Well, I am not a fan. Just novel and difficult for no actual reason. That is my personal bias. Maybe useful if the patient is a trampoline acrobatic.
@OswaldPer4mance@mboyle1959 I agree! I have had my differing opinions, but there is nothing wrong with that! But bogus and off the wall "facts" out of influencers is a stain on S&C. Keep it up @mboyle1959 , but double leg squats are good for everyone!
@krassenstein Hahahhahahahaha. This is amazing. The same guy who champions capitalism, is telling companies to "eat tariffs". This is almost too great to be true.
@AdamMeakins Just another way for us physios to look smarter than/confused the patient and pick apart normal anatomy. I stopped looking at this years ago.
@Lentini_PT Genetics and luck. I have seen people with poor extrinsic factors have amazing recovery, and those that do it all by the book struggle. Gotta work with the system!
