#BeOnCloud still dealing w/ the same.
Loud stans, raised in pop culture like kpop and bl.
INDUSTRIES were fans are clients and have to be served.
It´s a pity for all of us, esp our beloved favs, that these stans still don´t understand what matters for ARTISTS.

@mikomi2015 BoC/Pond and SoS/Jeff are dealing with the same issue. Loud stans who are raised in pop culture like kpop and bl. INDUSTRIES were fans are clients and have to be served. It´s a pity for all of us that these stans still don´t understand what matters for ARTISTS.

Was standing on the Mahanakhon Skywalk yesterday. Noticed later that one spot was more clear. 🤣

[EyeVee @IVerbeyst]

@cfootytwt @edthekraken What would have been the reactions of teams and fans when it turned out he was fucking Real Madrid´s Ronaldo for a decade?
As I know nothing about hockey, they are the closest I can imagine as historical rivalry between teams for this Romeo and Juliette-arc in the GC-universe.

Whether you're a fan of Monster Next Door, Knock Out, or BL series in general, this interview will offer a glimpse into how production works behind the scenes from the perspective of a producer who's worked with one of the largest streaming services in the world. There also might be some hints and discussion of a show currently in development 👀... We also discuss Earnie's background and love for BL as a genre. [ANNE with Mew 🌈🌸🐼🌙🔮 @ANNE88107686]

THE TIME HAS COME, BL COMMUNITY!

The time has finally come to find out whether all those statements and complaints that have circulated for years about how an actor who participates in a BL should behave are actually true.

Now that Mew is returning to the genre in thai , almost all the strict requirements imposed by the fans themselves are coming together. At last, we will be able to confirm whether they truly believe in their own statements or whether everything will remain just words.

✅ REQUIREMENTS FULFILLED

1. Honesty about real relationships

Fans complain that some actors hide their partners and demand that they be honest about their romantic lives.

Well, Mew has a partner, Tul, and they have both said so clearly. They are not hiding their relationship.

REQUIREMENT FULFILLED. ✅

2. Clarity about the ship

Fans also complain that actors give ambiguous or vague answers to avoid confirming or denying anything related to the ship.

In this case, Mew and Sunny have made it clear that they are coworkers, that they get along well, that they consider each other brothers, and that they will be working together on a series.

REQUIREMENT FULFILLED. ✅

3. Admitting the fanservice

Fans say that actors engage in fanservice but do not acknowledge it. According to them, they want things to be stated clearly.

Well, it has already been acknowledged here. Now we just have to see whether they will be able to enjoy it while knowing the reality.

This point could belong both among the fulfilled requirements and among the pending challenges. 👀

4. Real queer representation

People also demand queer actors within the genre, as well as genuine representation and support.

A queer actor is participating in this project. Now we will see whether the support that is so often demanded will actually appear.

Representation: fulfilled. ✅
Public support: pending confirmation. ⏳

🔍 PENDING CHALLENGES

Based on all the statements the BL community has repeated for years, the following still needs to be determined:

1. Does the series matter more than the ship?

Many fans claim that they are more interested in the series than in the ship and that actors do not need to pretend they could date in real life.

Will they be able to prove it?

PENDING CONFIRMATION. ⏳

2. Will they support an actor who already has a partner?

Will they be able to support an actor who is in a known relationship while working with another costar? Or will that ruin their excitement and their fantasies that the leads might end up together in real life?

PENDING CONFIRMATION. ⏳

3. Will they avoid fandom wars?

Will they turn against each other between fandoms, as often happens with certain Thai groups and ships, always looking for a villain and a victim?

PENDING CONFIRMATION. ⏳

4. Is it possible to build a fandom in this situation?

Fandoms usually grow more easily around ships whose members appear to be single and romantically available. However, many fans claim that they support actors because of their work and not because of the fantasy surrounding the ship. Will that really be true, or is the attraction actually based on ships whose members are romantically available?

Now they will have the chance to prove it.

PENDING CONFIRMATION. ⏳

5. Will they distinguish acting from reality?

Will they be able to enjoy the ship without invading or being rude about Mew’s private life, and without demanding that Mew end his relationship simply because they do not like it? Will they avoid confusing a performance with a real relationship?

PENDING CONFIRMATION. ⏳

6. Will they respect boundaries?

Will they be able to set aside their jealousy, insecurities, and the feeling that they are part of the artist’s relationship or professional decisions? And will they stop acting as though they know more about the artist’s private life than the artist does?

Will they avoid attacking both the costar and the real-life partner?

PENDING CONFIRMATION. ⏳

[Luna (fan account I guess) @Lunaeclipser]

Fan wars are often just people who want to argue ... they want to make it 'my fav is better than yours' which doesn't mean anything.. bc each person's fav is a subjective choice ..so all the meanness, all the petty arguing... isn't about who is better... it's about ego.

[ali 🦋 @ringthemoon]

guys would it actually kill you to be surprised about something?? like can we approach this with a spirit of whimsical curiosity & embrace the romance of mystery???? do we need to spoil every single moment??????

François Arnaud reflects on the lasting impact of #HeatedRivalry and the lessons Hollywood can learn from it

“I hope, that the powers that be whether it's in Hollywood or in Canada, learn from this example which to trust the creators that you hired to do what they're good at.

[Pauline Marie 🍥 @OfficialPauline]

Fans are meant to be part of an idol's support system, not their owners, gatekeepers, body critics, or self-appointed managers. The moment you start treating an idol like your property, you've forgotten what being a fan is supposed to mean.

I’d be fine with a gay NHLer but I draw the line at inter-rival sex is honestly a really valid stance

Episode 3 is the reason why it didn´t already happen in season 1.

Whether it´s illegal or not. Is that what you want for your favs? If they wanted to do that, OF would be easier and would make more money I guess.
Fans don´t post these (edited) clips on their account, they post them on the world wide web.

[EyeVee @IVerbeyst]

BOC might have been the first to make these statements since KP. Definitely for every series after that. Fans & respect ... 🤐
In the context of the series, it´s no porn.
But isolated and edited by fans, it´s definitely spicy enough to land on specialized sites and accounts.

[Nikitty | Master Bulan saves us all @FKandyuri4ever]

@eucairu I honestly don't believe that it can be more explicit than BOC NC scenes which were totally spread everywhere and I don't remember they put this announcement? I remember that Revenged Love did it I think but it was understandable with their streaming issues 🤷

Episode 1, 3 min into the ep. When Shane and his parents are talking w/ the Metro´s guy. Yuna tells she´s a huge fan bcs her dad made them watch hockey as a child. It helped her to feel Canadian.

[Honey | black cinema enthusiast @BlackHoneyVA]

@olaedoh_ People theorize it’s because he is a second generation Canadian (Nisei) but if that were the case I would have preferred that be in the text, or at least implied, to better understand Shane’s upbringing and his relationship with his mother and race.
