[Sean Gibson @IWIYWWhitefield]

Doesn't time fly when you are taking Whitefield! #GTWhitefield

[Sean Gibson @IWIYWWhitefield]

.@FMAC_Nth_Mcr Female only classes have been asked for often. Definitely something you should give thought to. Many find it more suitable.

[Sean Gibson @IWIYWWhitefield]

.@IWIYWBuryEast I haven't taken part in a circuit class for a very long time! Hugely looking forward to it but a little apprehensive!

[Sean Gibson @IWIYWWhitefield]

Me and @IWIYWBuryEast are taking part in a circuit class at the brand new @BurySandC tomorrow morning. Excited to see the facilty finished!

[Sean Gibson @IWIYWWhitefield]

If you could see a new physical activity starting up in Whitefield, what would you like it to be? #GTWhitefield

[Sean Gibson @IWIYWWhitefield]

.@IWIYWBuryEast @JSV1972 There are some fantastic and scenic walks on the IWIYW website. Huge variety and a social atmosphere #GTWhitefield

[Sean Gibson @IWIYWWhitefield]

@GemmaLace How long have you been taking part?

[Sean Gibson @IWIYWWhitefield]

That's fantastic! I think the discipline involved is hugely beneficial to the young ones. #GTWhitefield https://t.co/SDo0qiPXcf

[Dr Gemma Lace @GemmaLace]

I've lost 21lbs, my daughters confidence has sky rocketed, hubby is loving exercise & son is learning self control! https://t.co/NtKiveew6u

[Sean Gibson @IWIYWWhitefield]

.@FMAC_Nth_Mcr Something that would benefit Whitefield residents also. Martial Arts is excellent for parents and children to do together

[Sean Gibson @IWIYWWhitefield]

.@JSV1972 I would love to see some more activities for pregnant ladies in Whitefield. Certainly a gap in the market. #GTWhitefield

[Sean Gibson @IWIYWWhitefield]

.@JSV1972 Hi Jackie, how about the Buggy Baby Bootcamp in Whitefield Park? Popular session for mums to get back into activity #GTWhitefield

[Sean Gibson @IWIYWWhitefield]

.@FMAC_Nth_Mcr How do you think that people have benefitted being involved in your sessions? Especially families? #GTWhitefield
