Last night I found myself watching a rather disturbing movie. Needless to say I had a disturbed night.
I am learning daily that what I read, what I listen to and who I speak to just before I sleep have a huge bearing on the quality of my sleep.

I was online for 72 hours and off again now. I’ve been told that the call Centre at 400 does not work on Sunday. @SafaricomPLC who do I need to do to get service?? I am so lost and perplexed.
