Received more than 12 calls in the span of 4 hours all for credit card.
As per the agents this is an automated dialer which is randomly dialing customer and harrasing them

I beleive in Tata and every quarter I try to fly with AI to see the new change.
But its still the same.

Only One Counter is operational for International check-in.
More than 80 passangers in queue to checking for different flights.
No one is bothered about the service quality.
