UFO NEWS ~
Navy pilot Ryan Graves claiming the Chinese balloon story was never the full truth, UFOs pacing passenger planes five times a day, whistleblower pilots ready to come forward, and a public sensor network built to put UFO evidence on the record.
According to Caplan’s Not For Disclosure, per the late Canadian Minister of Defense, Paul Hellyer, there are over 50 species of NHIs that we are aware of but are being visited primarily by 5 groups: greys, small humanoids, reptilians, Nordics and the mantids.
I think Eric Davis would mostly concur on the latter. And regardless of what you think of Hellyer’s claims, he was definitely in a position to know.
Release 03 just dropped. 72 more files.
The archive is 294 documents now.
58% of them are redacted.
More than half of every file the government has released has sections blacked out.
Three tranches and they are still cutting pieces before you see them.
Ask yourself what is in those redacted sections.
Ask yourself if it has anything to do with what contact does to human biology. #DNA

🚨Why Were Garry Nolan And Lue Elizondo Visiting Peter Thiel About UFO Research?
A passage from Jacques Vallee's journals makes me wonder why Garry Nolan and Lue Elizondo went to see Peter Thiel "again," this time in Bel Air, to discuss a new phase of research.
The fact that he uses the word, "again," makes me wonder what exactly is going on. This doesn't sound like a casual meeting or a bit of idle curiosity from a billionaire who had heard some UFO stories. It sounds like part of an ongoing attempt to bring Thiel into whatever Nolan and Elizondo believed the next stage of UFO research needed to become.
Peter Thiel isn't just a wealthy tech investor. He is into everything from Silicon Valley, defense technology, intelligence adjacent data systems, surveillance infrastructure, venture capital, and power.
If someone was trying to move UFO research away from podcasts, leaks, testimony, and public speculation into something more serious, Thiel would be an obvious person to approach. The UFO problem, especially from the government and military angle, is a data problem, a sensor problem, an intelligence problem, a classification problem, and possibly even a technology problem.
So what exactly were Nolan, Elizondo and Thiel really trying to build?
According to Vallee's account, Thiel was only interested in applying "working technology" to the problem. He wasn't apparently looking for another story, insider claim, promise that proof was coming, or another vague appeal to the importance of the subject. He wanted something that worked, a tool, a system or a capability. Something measurable enough to apply to the problem in the real world.
According to the passage from Vallee's book, there was no such thing available in the open, and possibly not behind closed doors either. So they left completely empty handed.
That doesn't mean Nolan and Elizondo had nothing of value to offer or that the UFO issue is fake. What it tells me is that even in elite circles, the gap between the claim that 'something is happening' and the ability to turn that something into working technology remains enormous.
When we hear names like Thiel, Nolan, Elizondo, Vallee, Palantir, private aerospace, and intelligence networks, we of course immediately imagine a hidden machine already operating in the background. But this passage suggests something frustrating and probably more realistic. They may have been trying to build the bridge because the bridge didn't even exist yet.
What do you think is going on? Why are Nolan and Elizondo working with Theil?
It only feels right to link to the book that the passage is from, especially since this sounds like Vallee's last entry.

“According to Earth Scientists in the early twenty-first century, there is a distinct possibility that at least two universes exist simultaneously—ours and another one—and that they are perpendicular to each other. Normally, one does not experience the other universe at all, except perhaps vicariously. And then, only by mediums, mystics and magicians. The occasional acid head. The odd schizophrenic. And novelists. Mostly novelists…”

Jonathan Caplan’s new book "Not For Disclosure: UFOS: The World's Best Kept Secret" argues that historical records and modern briefings point to a long-running covert UFO secrecy architecture that involves recovered non-human craft and biologics.

Finally, Caplan claims that, in 1994, during Bill Clinton’s presidency, the US government learned that a craft had landed in Russia as part of an anticipated encounter and that its occupants had met with members of the local militia.
This claim echoes comments made by Dr Eric W. Davis, a theoretical physicist, former Pentagon contractor and propulsion researcher, who has stated that not all UAP recoveries involve crashes. According to Davis, some craft have simply landed and been recovered empty, while in other cases their occupants have allegedly left the craft behind.
Liberation Times has separately been informed of allegations that Russia possesses a recovered tic-tac-shaped craft.
Liberation Times also understands that at least one American Embassy has sent a CRITIC cable, used for the transmission of exceptionally urgent information, to Washington concerning a reported UFO landing on foreign soil.
