8 जून को INDIA गठबंधन की बैठक में 20 से भी ज़्यादा नेताओं के भाषणों और बातों को सुनने के बाद आखिर में मैंने इस भाषण से उन्हें संबोधित किया।

जब भारत की सोच, देश की आत्मा पर संकट हो... जब संस्थाओं पर कब्ज़ा हो... जब जनता की आवाज़ दबाई जाए...तब सिर्फ़ एकता के साथ प्रतिरोध काम आता है।

IMPORTANT: Law on splits and defections is clear: Only a merger is possible and for that 2/3rds of the political party has to merge as well. There is no recognition for factions or groups. Subhash Desai vs. Principal Secretary, Governor of Maharashtra (2023) in Shiv Sena case settled this. It was a landmark 5-judge constitution bench verdict. The judgement clearly states that the rights to appoint the Leader of the Legislative Party & the Whip lay solely with the leader of the political party.
Qs: Will TMC breakaway group now merge with BJP and take it closer to 272 mark? Note: NDA is not a political party.

I visited the southernmost tip of India.

I stood at Indira Point. I walked under trees that have stood for centuries. I dove into coral reefs among the most vibrant on earth.

And I sat with the people who live there. Tribal communities, whose land is being taken away by violating the Forest Rights Act. Settlers, many of them former soldiers, placed on these islands by the Indian government, who aren’t getting fair compensation.

The Modi government and BJP tells you Great Nicobar Project is about defence. It is not.

Expand INS Baaz - we will back the government fully. The Navy has been asking for expansion for five years - it has been ignored.

They tell you it is about a transhipment port. It is not. India is already building one in Kerala, which is on the mainland.

What it actually is: 1.5 crore trees felled. Coral reefs erased from official maps. Soldiers and tribals displaced - so one businessman can build hotels and casinos on India’s most irreplaceable ecological land.

Every young Indian I have spoken to understands this. You know that no amount of profit is worth destroying what can never be recovered.

I stand for ecologically balanced development. These islands can be the most extraordinary sustainable destination the world has ever seen. That is the India worth fighting for.

उत्तराखंड के मेरे प्यारे भाइयों और बहनों,

आज मैं आप सबसे मिलना चाहता था, आपके बीच बैठकर आपकी बातें सुनना चाहता था, आपके सुख-दुख, आपकी आशाओं और आपकी चिंताओं को समझना चाहता था। दुर्भाग्य से, मौसम की गंभीर खराबी के कारण ऐसा संभव नहीं हो पाया।

आज सुबह मैं पंतनगर पहुँच गया था। वहाँ से हमें हेलिकॉप्टर द्वारा अल्मोड़ा में जनसभा के लिए जाना था, लेकिन मौसम की प्रतिकूल परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए पायलट ने उड़ान भरने से साफ़ इनकार कर दिया।

मुझे आपसे बहुत सी बातें करनी थीं - उत्तराखंड की वर्तमान स्थिति पर, प्रदेश के आर्थिक और सामाजिक मुद्दों पर, राज्य और आपके भविष्य पर, और उन चुनौतियों पर जिनका सामना आज उत्तराखंड कर रहा है। पौड़ी गढ़वाल में पूर्व सैनिकों के साथ भी एक महत्वपूर्ण मुलाकात और बैठक निर्धारित थी। साथ ही कोटद्वार में दीपक के जिम जाने का भी कार्यक्रम था।

प्रकृति के आगे हम सभी विनम्र हैं और सहयात्रियों की सुरक्षा के साथ कोई समझौता नहीं किया जा सकता। कई बार परिस्थितियाँ हमारी इच्छा के अनुरूप नहीं होतीं, लेकिन इससे मिलने की इच्छा और आपसे जुड़ाव कम नहीं होता।

मैं आपसे वादा करता हूँ कि बहुत जल्द फिर उत्तराखंड आऊँगा। तब हम जल्दबाज़ी में नहीं, बल्कि पूरा समय निकालकर मिलेंगे, बात करेंगे, आपके विचार सुनेंगे और मिलकर प्रदेश के बेहतर भविष्य की दिशा में चर्चा करेंगे।

આ નવું યુનિવર્સલ એફિડેવિટ તમામ જિલ્લા, તાલુકા, ગ્રામ્ય તેમજ શહેરી સ્તરે કાર્યરત તમામ સરકારી કચેરીઓ, સેવા કેન્દ્રો અને સત્તાધિકારીઓ દ્વારા ફરજિયાતપણે સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે. ડિજિટલ ગુજરાત પોર્ટલ તેમજ તમામ જન સેવા કેન્દ્રો ખાતે પણ આ એફિડેવિટનો સમાન રીતે અમલ શરૂ થશે, જેથી ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરનારાઓને મોટી સુવિધા મળશે.

સરકારે સ્પષ્ટ કર્યું છે કે, જે સેવાઓ માટે કાયદાકીય રીતે એફિડેવિટ કરવાની કોઈ જરૂરિયાત નક્કી થયેલી નથી, તેવી સેવાઓમાં સામાન્ય વહીવટ વિભાગના ઠરાવ મુજબ એફિડેવિટના સ્થાને માત્ર 'સ્વઘોષણા'ની સરળ પ્રક્રિયા પૂર્વનિર્ધારિત રીતે જ ચાલુ રહેશે. ત્યાં સોગંદનામું ફરજિયાત કરવામાં આવ્યું નથી.

કાયદા વિભાગ દ્વારા જારી કરાયેલા આ સત્તાવાર ફોર્મેટને નાગરિકોની સરળતા માટે ગુજરાતી અને અંગ્રેજી બંને ભાષાઓમાં તૈયાર કરવામાં આવ્યું છે.

कल दोपहर के खाने पर एक ऑटो चालक भाई ने यह कहा। एक वाक्य में देश के लाखों ग़रीबों की पूरी कहानी आ गई।

आमदनी का मीटर बंद। महंगाई का ब्रेक फेल। और सुनने वाली सरकार बहरी।

CNG से LPG तक। बच्चों की पढ़ाई से इलाज तक। दूध से लेकर खाने के तेल तक। हर बढ़ता रुपया इनके बजट पर, इनकी रसोई पर, सीधा वार है।

महंगाई मानव मोदी जी सलाह देते हैं - “public transport इस्तेमाल कीजिए।” और जो लोग public transport की रीढ़ हैं वो आज महंगाई के बोझ तले टूट रहे हैं।

आज इनकी थाली में रोटी-दाल के साथ एक सवाल भी है - कल की रोटी कहाँ से आएगी?

CBSE परीक्षा परिणाम में भयंकर हेर-फेर हो गई जिससे देश के लाखों बच्चे और उनके माता-पिता सदमे में हैं।

और मोदी जी? हमेशा की तरह - न जवाब, न ज़िम्मेदारी, न शर्म।

जिस कंपनी COEMPT को यह ज़िम्मेदारी मिली, वह पहले Globarena के नाम से तेलंगाना में 2019 में यही कारनामे कर चुकी है।

नाम बदला - पर नीयत वही, फितरत वही।
इतिहास सबको पता था, फिर भी ठेका दिया गया। ऐसी कंपनी के हाथ में 18.5 लाख बच्चों का भविष्य सौंप दिया गया और किसी को फ़र्क़ नहीं पड़ा।

यह गलती नहीं - यह सोचा-समझा षड़यंत्र है।

कुछ ज़रूरी सवाल हैं:

- COEMPT को CBSE का ठेका क्यों और किसके कहने पर दिया गया?

- कौन-कौन से नियम और प्रक्रिया दरकिनार करके इस कंपनी को ये ठेका दिया गया?

- COEMPT पहले Globarena के नाम से विवादों में घिर चुकी है, ये CBSE को क्यों नहीं पता चला? Background checks क्यों नहीं किए गए?

- COEMPT प्रबंधन और मोदी सरकार के बीच आखिर क्या संबंध हैं?

हम मांग करते हैं कि इस पूरे घोटाले के असली दोषियों को सामने लाने के लिए स्वतंत्र न्यायिक जांच और SIT का गठन तत्काल किया जाए।

CBSE के Gen Z साथियों - आपकी मेहनत, आपका भविष्य, कोई चुरा नहीं पाएगा। हम इस साजिश की तह तक जाएंगे, और इस भ्रष्टाचार को जड़ से उखाड़ फेंकेंगे।
