@AskPayPal followed ALL your instructions to escalate dispute but cannot - even on laptop. How about having a human to look up my dispute and assisting? Can’t escalate, can’t reach customer service and dispute will be closed tomorrow . Anyone working? Horrible service!

@BofA_Help Please do. Most branches near me are closed and yet the only branch open can’t be properly staffed? This particular branch manager and her staff need to take a refresher course in customer service. Lines are long - even with drive thru.

@BofA_Help 7 corners branch is looking more like the DMV. 1 teller serving 10 customers in line, 1 drive thru teller serving 15 cars. 4 other staff and managers standing around and brushed off customer complaint. Manager was rude to customer who asked her to help. Closing acct!

@Nordstrom Interesting that you price match other store except your own Nordstrom Rack. Bought 2 pair of same sunglasses for me and daughter. Rack is $100, Nordstrom $180. Nordstrom glasses came but Rack glasses order not fulfilled. Told no adjustment even though same company.
