Now collection agents are repeatedly calling and speaking rudely instead of resolving the issue. Customers should not suffer because of flaws in your system and coordination.

I cancelled my bed + mattress subscription, but the pickup team took only the bed and refused to take the mattress saying “no request was raised.” On the app, bed + mattress is a single bundled option with no separate mattress pickup choice.

@dominos_india horrible. Ordered from you guys. Order hasn’t been delivered. Delivery boys number not reachable. Store number switched off. No one to speak on customer care. Very disappointed.

@FaberIndia Guys they have very bad after sales service please avoid buying from them. Kept me stranded for 40 days and then told me they can't make a glass for my oven door. Really bad experience.

@FaberIndia horrible service experience with you guys. The glass of my oven door broke. Called u guys 40 days back. Your guys kept delaying getting it fixed saying tomorrow every time I called. Today after 40 days your guy says it can't be fixed.u leave a customer stranded.
