-Change your undies as often as you can.

- Always detox at least twice a month

- Drink warm water with lemon every morning possibly before using the rest room.

- Don’t use same sponge for more than 2months.

- Exfoliate at least 2-3 times a week.

- Do not use soap/sponge on your V, it’s self cleaning. Water is enough.

- always scrape your tongue (morning and evening) before brushing.

- Whether your pad is full or not , always change it 2-3 times a day.

- Do not use body towel on your face, get a paper towel for your face.

- Wash your bedsheets at least every two weeks.
