@CromaRetail @IDFCFIRSTBank @Apple Had a terrible experience buying iPhone 16 at Croma. Offers weren’t clear, ₹3000 loan processing fee unexplained, IDFC rep was rude & denied loan just for asking valid questions. Why split payments? Why no transparency? Very disappointing.

5. I was asked to make split payments – partial payment to the bank rep and the rest to the store.

2. Accessories were being pushed aggressively during negotiation.
3. I was asked to pay a ₹3000 processing fee, but when I requested a breakup of the charges, the IDFC representative refused to explain.

@anandmahindra It is more important if we start to produce low cost 50KW DC superfast chargers so that the charging infrastructure could be more strong in India, if a normal person thinks of installing a charging station thenit's so damn expensive. I hope Mahindra will do something for that...
