I've been a Flipkart seller for 5 years, and I've never faced a situation like this before.
For the past 2 days, my pickup has not happened — despite my time slot being 5 PM–7 PM, and my shipment being ready and waiting every single day at 5 PM sharp.
I have:
Raised multiple emails
Raised support tickets
Contacted managers, seniors, and regional managers directly
Zero response from anyone.
What's more troubling is that pickups are happening normally at all nearby locations except mine. I have video evidence (with Google/system time visible, so there's no question of editing) showing my shipment ready and no delivery partner arriving.
I've built this business with years of hard work, and this kind of unexplained, unresolved disruption is deeply damaging. now compounded by my account being on hold — is deeply damaging.
I urgently need someone from the team to look into this. Sellers like me depend on timely pickups to run our business and serve our customers. Please help resolve this.

@IamEB21 This happens if all power come in single hand. Flipkart 1st killed competition, dumped ebay, snapdeal and other. Now running monopoly. I have raised complain for adultered product, they are giving only dates. Dukan hota do laffa deta jamma ke.

need to face lots of cancellations of confirmed orders, it impacts Gross Order to Net Served Order Ratio. If you can't handle the logistics please move to 3PLs.
If sellers delay handover they'll get suspended

The hub manager is not forwarding my request to any FYI/concerned team for pickup, and due to this delay, I'm now seeing a breach on my account, which has been put on HOLD as a result — even though the fault is not on my end.
I have been a seller on Flipkart for the last 5 years. If a long-term, loyal seller like me is treated this way, I can only imagine what new sellers on the platform must be going through.
This delay is directly hurting my business — my orders are getting delayed, my account health and ratings are getting affected due to no fault of mine, and I'm facing financial loss because of stock stuck and pickups not happening on time. This is not just a pickup issue, it's a seller's livelihood being affected.
Please arrange my pending pickup on priority. If pickup is genuinely not possible from this hub, then please transfer my seller ID to another hub so my pickups can be arranged without further delay.
Flipkart needs to take strict action on this so that genuine sellers don't suffer because of internal hub-level issues. Kindly look into this urgently. #FlipkartSeller #SellerSupport
