My nephew called me at exactly 5:08 on a Sunday morning.
The first thing he said was, “Uncle… do you still have the keys to Dad’s old garage?” I sat up immediately. “Yeah… why?”
There was a pause that lasted just long enough to make me nervous.
“Can you bring them to County General Hospital?” he asked. “I’ll explain when you get here.”
I was already pulling on my shoes.
He worked night shifts at the warehouse, but he’d never asked me to meet him anywhere before sunrise. I wanted to ask what was wrong, but something in his voice told me everyone was alive. So I grabbed the keys and left.
When I arrived, he was sitting outside the emergency department beside an elderly man I’d never seen before.
Have you heard about the private cemetery business?
The private cemetery industry is booming in Nigeria, driven by overcrowding and poor maintenance of public facilities. Operators provide secure, well-manicured memorial parks with perpetual care.

No marriage is perfect especially those in abroad.
As couples, you need to seat, set up a financial goals and commitments—It helps to avert issues in the future.
If you’re okay with a joint account, do it. The couples should have a clear idea of their monthly financial obligations.
Another thing worthy to note is, don’t let the financial burden of your siblings or parents be the cause of your broken marriage. You know why? Your siblings will end up getting married and living happily with their spouses while you live in regrets jumping from a new relationship/marriage or the other.
More importantly, always be prayerful because the world we live in is a sinful place full of temptations.
Let love lead the way, protect and preserve your marriage—the street is military, the chances of getting a better partner is very slim.
“I married my wife from a poor family, took her to the UK in 1970, spent £11,000 every year to train her in school up to PhD. When she saw she was established, she took me to court in the UK and lied that I rap£d my daughter of 11 years so that I could be deported.”
-A tearful story of a Nigerian man whose wife kicked him out and separated him from their children after he trained her in school in the UK.✍️

He may not have single interest in you romantically. If You find someone attractive doesn't mean he will find you attractive too.
Know this and have PEACE.
Some men really don’t notice when a woman likes them .
There was this guy I found attractive at an event. I smiled whenever we made eye contact, adjusted my outfit every time he looked my way. Gave him a few chances to start a conversation
He left without saying a word or even asking for my name.

this government is displaying misplace priority. They don't know the right thing to do. It is obvious they don't know our pain, don't care and they are not making serious attempts to put things in order.
I am shame and weak because this government is a waste of time and years.
We have too many troubles plaguing us in this country to let changing NYSC uniform to be our distraction.
It is a big shame that despite this current difficulty we are facing, all this government is trying to do is changing NYSC uniform as if it is going to fix our predicament.
A struggling mechanic in Texas found a wallet containing $18,700 in cash, several bank cards, and a note with a UK phone number. His wife begged him to keep the money because they were three months behind on rent, but he couldn’t bring himself to spend a single dollar that wasn’t his. After hours of searching, he tracked down the owner a British businessman who had flown from London carrying £12,000 for a property deal. Instead of celebrating the mechanic’s honesty, the businessman simply grabbed the wallet, counted every note, muttered Thanks, and walked away.
Last weekend I was sitting alone at a hotel bar while traveling for work when a guy about my age started making conversation.
Nothing inappropriate. We talked about work, travel, the city, favorite restaurants, family life, random stories from growing up. The conversation lasted almost an hour.
Not once—not a single time—did he mention having a wife.
Now before anyone starts, no, he never directly flirted with me. But he also never gave any...........
Pastor Paul Enenche is fearless. He reminds me of Old Testament prophets that spoke truth to power. The prophets of old were no cowards.
They looked evil in the eye wherever they went:
Nathan challenged King David.
St. Paul challenged Emperor Nero.
St. Peter challenged Emperor Nero.
Amos challenged King Jeroboam II.
Moses challenged Pharaoh Ramses II.
Isaiah challenged Ahaz & Hezekia in Judah.
Daniel was up against King Darius of Persia.
Elijah & Jehoiada challenged Queen Athaliah.
Jeremiah dared Kings Jehoiakim & Zedekiah.
Elijah challenged King Ahab & Queen Jezebel.
Hosea clashed with corrupt leaders in Samaria.
Jonah clashed with Assyrian Empire in Nineveh.
And these are just some of the few examples.
Citizens can cower, but men of God must be fearless. Why? Because it is righteousness that exalts a nation. When nations were challenged, it was fearless men of God that led the way.
In many cases, their courage led to the downfall of evil, & the people were freed from bondage.
Prophets of old were never in bed with authorities. They spoke truth to power & authorities trembled. They challenged kings & rulers over idolatry, corruption, & social injustices. Many paid with their lives.
They were martyred for the Gospel to spread to all corners of the earth. Pastor Paul Enenche spoke courageously like a prophet of old.
Brethren, this is no ordinary message!
Gloria Patri: “As it was in the beginning, is now, & ever shall be, world without end, amen!”
Speak Lord, your children are listening. ✊
For the record, the youths arrested by the Nigerian Army and labeled as suspected bandits are actually the indigenous youths and vigilantes from our community. This is why we can't defend ourselves. Whenever our youths try to protect us, they get arrested and disarmed.
Anytime this happens, the community faces attacks again, with many killed, because our defenders are locked up.
These are not the real terrorists; they're still in the bushes and mountains planning their next attack, while the military, knowingly or unknowingly, helps them by disarming our people.
The Nigerian Army should do a serious investigation and stop arresting our people whenever they try to defend their communities from terrorists! 🤲🏽
I know a guy who stayed with his girlfriend after catching her lying about “seeing a friend.”
He said he forgave her because “people make mistakes.”
But deep down, he didn’t trust her again.
So he started testing her without telling anyone.
He’d leave his phone unlocked on purpose. Mention fake plans. Act like he was going out of town when he wasn’t.
He thought if she was really loyal, she’d pass all the “tests.”
One day, he told her he had a work emergency and had to fly out early morning.
Packed a small bag. Kissed her goodbye. Said he’d be gone 2 days…
