Let’s talk about value, not just figures.

In 2022, exchange rate was ~₦430/$1.
Minimum wage was ₦30,000.
₦30,000 ÷ ₦430 = *∼$70*.

In 2026, exchange rate is ~₦1,370/$1.
Minimum wage is now ₦70,000.
₦70,000 ÷ ₦1,370 = *∼$51*.
