@AmazonHelp@amazon Your division in India, @amazonIN maybe running completely on AI or third party customer support who gives a damn to the reputation and where not a single thing listen as a human to human to understand the problem! Is anyone there to listen the problem?
@amazon@amazonIN@AmazonHelp Weird conversation! Amazon support team suggested me not to shop from Amazon! I faced the issue of not delivering the product, instead of understanding the problem “Alka” suggested me not to continue with Amazon. Is this arrogance?
@AmazonHelp Soon #AmazonIndia will be replaced by some better service provider. Because they are here just to make you fool and make money from you and seller! I am chasing them since two days to just listen to the problem. But they create more confusions, not solutions. @amazon
@AmazonHelp Update: I got email from the team with same details which is already there and for the further help they shared link to contact customer care where I got advice not to use Amazon! So there’s no way your problem will entertain and any higher authority there to resolve it. @amazon
@AmazonHelp If you cannot arrange a call, how will you understand the problem? What’s the point being on a social media platform with “Help” suffix. And it’s been more than 12 hours? Oh I need to count hours from the moment you reply!! #amazon#useless

@flipkartsupport@Flipkart No proper answer, no proper resolution and just fake commitments. Should deliver orders on time or should close the platform. And look at the chat with agent, couldn’t see the order ask for order ID and within minute (literally) before u come back!

@flipkartsupport What did you resolve? @flipkartsupport I have shared the screenshot of WhatsApp about delay. And you replied me the same. This is the resolution of the problem. And your DM chatbot is keep asking for feedback.
@flipkartsupport@flipkartsupport this doesn’t consider as a resolution. It’s more like justification. Since 3 days, order is getting delayed. I am here to ask why and when will I get the order? And expecting the human support answer, not the chatbot answer. Which same as the raised concern.
