@CoveredCA@BlueShieldCA 2/2 ... we had to switch to a lower plan because we cannot afford paying more than 3 times the monthly premium. It was confirmed via your online systems that the new rate would be X. We were still charged the old rate. Your systems need to sync up better!

We’ve had our @BlueShieldCA health insurance through @CoveredCA for years, always paying our premiums on time with no lapse in coverage. Due to a clerical error, our coverage for 2021 has been dropped. This is unacceptable!
