For anyone using @EclipseJavaIDE 2019-06 or updating m2e: the new embedded Maven 3.6.1 breaks Tycho build dependency resolution (“X requires ‘osgi.bundle Y’ but it could not be found”). I recommend pointing to a 3.6.0 install on the filesystem:
