"Stepping on the pitch, there was one thing on my mind. A charcoal seller's son [playing at the World Cup] because my mum used to sell charcoal at Kumasi. I remembered this @KinaataGh song, one day, the charcoal seller son will also wear [a] white shirt"

Whatever Scaloni has gone through in life must’ve been terrifying.
Everyone’s losing their minds after that goal, and he’s just standing there like nothing even happened.
The man has zero emotion left in him
@PrettyFeet84713@Efiaodo1 Do you know rail tracks? They dig them up. We better put our attitude together. This is 2026 and we’re struggling to manage waste. We can’t even build the ammunitions used in WW II. The irony is, same people travel to Europe and behave well. Back home, every1 knows their right
“I played football under pressure because my father had 25 children 😭 Even as a grown man, if you climbed on his bed you’d get pregnant 😂 I’ve got 92 nephews now, and they all call me Santa Claus because I’m the rich uncle.”
— Patrice Evra
That is precisely why a country going through a socioeconomic transition needs stiff, firm, authoritarian, nationalist bastards as its leadership - not "democratically elected" people who are subject to votes from these miserable idiots who go digging for gold on an expressway.
Lee Kuan Yew told us decades ago that when his government built high rise apartments to take poor Singaporeans out of bamboo shacks, they deliberately began peeing in the elevators and taking countermeasures against the government's attempts to stop them from messing up their own infrastructure. They had to humiliate and punish people brutally before they started acting in ways that were beneficial to their own lives.
If you want to uplift poor, colonised people, you will have to do it AGAINST THEIR WILL. Colonised people are not sane and a revolutionary must not pretend that he is up against sane, rational people who want a better life. A colonised man will steal expensive paint and empty it out into a river so that he can sell the plastic buckets and use the peanuts to play BetPesa. He will dig up his country's first high speed motorway that is going to add hundreds of millions of dollars to everyone's collective pocket, so that he can find gold nuggets and sell them for $650. He will vandalise railway lines that are meant to improve his own life so that he can sell the metal to a scrap dealer and use it to buy some pussy that night.
Colonised people are among the biggest dangers to themselves and the countries they inhabit, and any leader wishing to improve his country's material conditions despite the presence of millions of colonised people who are out of their natural minds, must be prepared to go the Stalin, Mao and Lee Kuan Yew way. Re-education camps, public flogging and forced labour so offenders can repay their debt to society.
China was once burdened with millions of useless idiots like this, but deliberate state policy removed them from the census and transformed China into the world's most successful civilisation. Hard decisions must be made in pursuit of development.
Young Ghanaian AI inventor Naamgwinnaa Samuel has received support from businessman Ibrahim Mahama after impressing many with his innovation. The announcement was made through his Special Aide Rafik Mahama.
Samuel recently created a humanoid-style AI phone stand that can talk and respond like a human. The invention also carries Ibrahim Mahama’s name in its design, and the support is expected to help him improve and grow his AI project.
@agyeitah@garyalsmith People will just be jumping on the bandwagon and tarnishing the image of African craft and effort just to stay relevant… The annoying thing is the infamous quote “African mentality”. Teams bottle matches, teams play defensive. Unfortunately when it’s our time, it’s labeled bad.
@Ollykay01@Buchi_Laba They’re trying to shift the blame. I can understand, things happened but I dont clearly see the correlation with taking 2 goals lead and bottling it at around 85th minutes. If those things affects their play, it should have affected them from the first minute of the game.
@doncaleon83@Mrlinah20 Spot on… Everyone protects goal, they’re just trying to eat into our minds… It’s never true. Ghana protected our goal, very well without losing focus and it ended well.. The major problem is the losing focus 📌
@cirilmarvin@kobby_hinneh@LilMoGh Yeah, there’s absolutely no need to play better football 🤣🤣 Most of these African teams that got eliminated were trying to impress the media. You think if Ghana took the lead against England like DRC, like we no go qualify?? Haram is the way📌📌📌🤣🤣
