@QantasUSA ground staff #lax & @Qantas staff #Melbourne airport were amazing. Dealing with delays, transfers, transits, disgruntled travellers & trying to smooth things over for everyone. Qantas - step up the quality of planes & overseas call centre to support your ground staff!

3 hours, 7 calls & 3 callbacks later, I have a hotel stay after a 15 hour international flight because @Qantas cannot find me a connecting flight home. Which hotel, how far? what is covered? - no answers. Great to be travelling with such ambiguity with a baby. NOT.

@Qantas changed my international flight w. less than 24hr notice w. NO connecting flight home. With a baby. Customer service hung up on me 4x. Paid $200 extra pp 4 specific flight times &transit cities & now changed 3x. Customer service - 'there is no other option'. Deplorable
