Respected Sir, I respectfully wish to inform you that today, after release on bail in Brahmagiri P.S. Case No. 386/2026, accused Chandan Dalai allegedly threatened witness Shri Rakesh Pradhan at about 8:05 PM near Gramya Bank, Brahmagiri Bazar, and again near Pragya Mobile Store. We are proceeding to the Investigating Officer to submit a written supplementary complaint requesting that the incident be recorded, the statements of available witnesses be taken, and nearby CCTV footage be preserved. Since 21 July 2026, my mother's only access to her residence and our tenant's shop has been allegedly blocked with barbed wire over Government land by Prashant Kumar Dalai, Sidhanta Dalai and Chandna Dalai. Our family cannot peacefully access our property and our tenant has completely lost his livelihood.(1/4)

Today, our family experienced the true meaning of responsive policing. After weeks of hardship, fear and uncertainty, prompt intervention by the police authorities led to restoration of access to our property and immediate assistance on the ground. We sincerely thank Shri Manas Ranjan Barik, SDPO Sadar, Puri, the Superintendent of Police, Puri, the Collector, Puri, the IIC Brahmagiri and the Investigating Officer SI Chandra Sekhar Nayak for their timely action and guidance. This has restored our family's faith in the police administration, the rule of law and the justice system. We remain grateful for the support extended to us and hope the investigation will continue fairly in accordance with law.

We are not asking for any special favour. We only request that the law be implemented fairly and without delay. After immense effort, Brahmagiri P.S. Case No. 386/2026 was finally registered on 17 Aug 2026. Yet the obstruction still continues. Every day my mother remains unable to peacefully access her own home, while our tenant continues to suffer because his business has remained closed. Every passing day increases fear, mental agony and financial hardship.(3/4)
