@qatarairways there's technical issue in your booking system. For infant the system asks for gender. But when the ticket summary is generated it always adds "Mr" as a title for an infant. I've tried this from your app and website, and it always adds Mr. to my daughter's name.
@qatarhelpdesk The case is still pending. The worst that happened was that @qatarairways failed to respond and resolve, however, online scams took advantage is their slow process and keep trying to take advantage.

The extended wait to provide a resolution is just making you lose a customer.
@qatarairways@smtmishra17 Even the original EMD that was issued to me clearly says that the EMD is valid for two years from the date of issuance.
This is in stark contrast with what you are saying now - "valid for use for 1 year". It clearly said "valid for period of two years".
@qatarairways@smtmishra17 Nowhere it was mentioned about the differentiation between validity of use and validity of travel date.
How can an airline as reputed as Qatar Airways deceive customer in this way? This is unacceptable to me.

The new clause (EMDs issued on 13Oct22 are valid for use for 1 year since date of issue) was never mentioned earlier
@DelhiAirport Thank you. They just got a ♿️ . They were "informed" that you would get a ♿️ only after your bags are checked in (most difficult part for some). So weird! Assistance service should be centered around the person needing assistance, not around the convenience of the airport staff.

To get a wheelchair he has been moved between different "counters" and has already walked half a km looking for a wheelchair!!
