What key decision did you make as a child?

I made the decision that in order to stay safe, I needed to please. I became an adult who was a people pleaser.

And it was Exhausting. Also, I sucked at receiving.

So many times I have held my true essence back.

Meanwhile my soul is over here going, BE YOU!

It takes a lot of energy to resist our true soul essence and try to fit the mold that society thinks you should be, or who you think you should be for society.
