But DE Greatest Of All Time
In my four years on X, Iβve led around five campaigns.
Across the programmes those campaigns were part of, approximately $300k was distributed.
That wasnβt my personal income or a budget I personally controlled.
Back then, I was a KOL. I knew how to spot an opportunity and get people involved, but I wasnβt documenting my process properly.
One project offered $1 per referral.
The opportunity I saw was simple: bring in the first few referrals, earn, then use part of that money to reach more people.
Looking back now, I have more questions.
What made team design it that way?
How much did it cost to bring them in?
Did they stay after the reward?
What did the company actually gain?
I didnβt have the data skills then to answer those questions properly.
Now, as I put these experiences into my portfolio, Iβm reconstructing what I did, separating what I can prove from what I remember, and identifying what I should have measured.
Iβm keeping the project names private.
The focus is my decisions, my contribution and what I learned.
That experience shapes how I approach campaigns today: understand the behaviour you want, design around it, and document enough to know whether it worked.
