In an aggressive move, @Binance has gone on offense against the SEC in the federal court case.

Lawyers for the @Binance defendants have filed a motion accusing the SEC of engaging in unethical conduct.

This is a big deal.

And there it is.

Who thought involving lawyers, especially an external law firm, was a good idea? Fights happen frequently in sports, including professional wrestling. All parties involved are adults (including Tony Khan), and it would have taken just one person to resolve this drama.

Now, AEW has lost control and they're stuck with this black hole known as Brawl Out 2022 created from high school drama over Colt Cabana being fired. It's so bad we have to segregate the individuals involved, just like elementary school children, with separate weekly shows named Dynamite and Collision. Everyone involved deserves blame and should be embarrassed. Anyone just putting the blame on CM Punk at this point is part of the problem -- at least HE apologized.

I hope whatever legal issues get resolved soon. AEW cannot move forward until CM Punk and the Elite come together to talk this out. Fans are eager to witness AEW turning this saga into gold, delivering unforgettable matches that will undoubtedly generate a ton of money. Until things are reconciled, we can expect further problems to arise.
