这个案例告诉我们，不要把 AI 当日记用。美国佛罗里达州有位女子，把 Claude 当私人日记，经常写有的没的。

然而 9 月 26 日那天凌晨，她在对话里突然写要去扫射当地警长办公室。第二天凌晨又写了一句，这是最后一次机会，我今天搞到一把新枪，去你的。

结果 Claude 风控注意到这些关键词，把这段交给人工审核。审核的人认为威胁非常严重，直接报了警。

从写下这段话，不到 5 天，当地警方凭 Claude 背后 Anthropic 公司，提供的信息找到了她��逮捕。她涉嫌以书面或电子方式，威胁大规模枪击或恐怖行为，二级重罪，法定最高可判 15 年、罚金 1 万美元。

给玩刚玩美卡的朋友一些避坑建议，都是群友血泪史！

1.C1对于vpn非常敏感，不要用，刚下卡用原生流量或者配合adspower指纹浏览器+住宅ip登陆网银。

2.applepay能不加就不加 特别是在国内加

3.卡没到 不要急着激活消费，不然大概率风控，没卡你还解不了！

4.身份基础知识要记牢！RA是美国居民 NRA是非美国居民！ 对于需要存钱的账户一定要找支持nra的银行开户！比如hsbc us ，sofi，线下boa，chase等等。其他信用卡用ra问题不大。但是对于富��这种对于nra不友好的美国本土券商只建议集邮开户 或者不开。

5.券商一定要用nra 填w8ben，这样不交税！

6.每年年初一定要报税，不报税itin 3年就暂时失效。

7.c1 checking比信用卡更敏感 最好不要申请
