Any day I am overwhelmed and weary
I sharparly watch this video to remotivate me.
Consistency, hardwork and focus is all that a man needs.
I shall be a Champion very soon!
Sometimes the reason you're exhausted isn't because you're doing too little. You're thinking about tomorrow while trying to survive today, replaying yesterday while planning next year. Come back to today. Do what is in front of you. One day at a time isn't a small way to live-it is how overwhelming things become manageable.✍️
@udi_aghogho@Ofeoritse28 What I'm pointing at is the one time payment for the solar and not what they'll have to monthly subscribe to.
So making a case with the fact that citizens can painfully afford solar panels for personal use, they can also afford constant electricity monthly is not true.
@udi_aghogho@Ofeoritse28 You don't pay monthly subscriptions for your solar panels and battery setups. If you're spending 10m on solar panels and batteries, it's a one time payment that can be painfully made. My batteries and panels were bought for over 10m and it's been almost 3 years now.
@udi_aghogho@Ofeoritse28 Since this subsidy on petrol went out, the amount of citizens that have sold their Generators are far more than the ones that are still using theirs.
Cos you can afford to still buy petrol into yours and use it, doesn't mean others can.
@udi_aghogho@Ofeoritse28 Fast forward to 2026, that 25k is now about 80k per week.
Considering the way we make use of electricity in this country, how many individuals in Delta state can afford electricity of 400k per month? How much is minimum wage, and others?
Note: That tarrif in SA is subsided
@udi_aghogho@Ofeoritse28 In 2019, during my short 3 months stay in SA for a program, I used 1k rands for electricity for a week. (Individual), used for both washing, cooking, heating the house, and the rest. In 2019, 1k rands was at 25k naira, which turned out to be 100k per month.
@MrWakajugbe@Ofeoritse28@udi_aghogho No matter how much subsidy the state Govt gives us for electricity to be cheaper, my guy they won't be able to afford it.
The candidates campaigning with all of these know the truth, but what to do? The citizens love to hear what will make them happy. Not the truth
@Ofeoritse28@udi_aghogho People that can't pay for Band A, want electricity that will cost more than 2m monthly.
You know when these things are being said In theory, it seems simple.
Diphtheria is going around.
People are complaining of Sore throats a whole lot this period.
Wildly enough, it’s contagious and can lead to death.
Don’t take that sore throat lightly.
