Really saddened by the news of Nana ji’s passing.
He was one of those rare actors who never needed to do too much to make you sit up and watch. That voice, that intensity, that honesty in every performance… he was completely his own.
I feel fortunate that we got to work together in Welcome, and then again more recently in Housefull 5. There are so many memories from those sets that I’ll always hold close.
Nana ji was truly one of a kind. It’s hard to believe you’re gone.
Thank you for all the memories. You will be missed more than words can say. 🙏

VIINEET KUMAR SIINGH JOINS AKSHAY KUMAR IN 'SAMUK'... #ViineetKumarSiingh has joined #AkshayKumar in #Samuk, the sci-fi alien survival-action thriller produced by Vipul Amrutlal Shah under the banner of Sunshine Pictures and directed by Kanishk Varma.

Viineet will be seen in a pivotal role and will share a significant part of the narrative with #AkshayKumar.

Following an impressive run with #Chhaava, #Jaat, #SuperboysOfMalegaon, #Nishaanchi, and #HelloBachhon, #Samuk becomes the latest addition to Viineet's growing lineup of projects.

Co-produced by Aashin A Shah, the film is currently being shot in the #UK and is expected to arrive in cinemas in 2027.

#HaiwaanReview: CAPTIVATING THRILLER!

RATING - ⭐⭐⭐✨3.5*

#AkshayKumar transforms into a full-time #Haiwaan and surprises with his psychologically challenging character that has dark shades with mental elements attached to it. The opening scene and the climax scene is where he steals the show and makes you believe in the evil that he portrayed on the screen.

The film has a classy framework – a top-class cinematography – that deserves all the praise along witha superb background score.

The storyline has a #CapeFear touch and there is a lot of emotional boosting for #SaifAliKhan's character, who has done a decent work. The screenplay picks up a solid pace in the second half during those cat-and-mouse chase sequences. The ending feels fulfilling and there is a surprise cameo in the end and it's a pleasant one!

#Priyadarshan shows his capacity as a versatile director by handling the thriller genre with enough care and delivers a good thriller with nail-biting moments that completes all the angles. Overall, a fine thriller that you should watch this weekend with your family.

@akshaykumar and @priyadarshandir are set to reunite for their ninth film, a comic thriller centred on wildlife conservation. Kumar will play a character inspired by Jim Corbett, with the film set to be shot entirely in forests.

#Priyadarshan has envisioned it as a comic thriller set in India of the 1960s. Sources told @akshaykumar portrays a tiger hunter who eventually has a change of heart. The character is modelled on British-Indian hunter, naturalist, and author Corbett. A source revealed, “Akshay’s character, a hunter and tracker, learns to read the forest long before becoming a famous hunter. He kills several man-eating tigers and leopards that terrorise his village. Later he becomes an advocate of wildlife conservation as he understands the devastating impact of poaching and deforestation, and realises that preserving their habitat is important.”
