Just trying to survive a modern crazy world - love my friends and family ❤️ I work in a primary school and enjoy reading, Star Wars and cycling 🚴‍♂️

@sacha_coward Audio reader apps are helpful if the text is intense. Try a colour plastic overlay to help the words stop floating about. Sometimes watching a video on the subject/ topic helps. 👍

A few challenges in EY this week. So nice to see the sunshine for our outdoor learning. Activities linked to the text Bumpus Jumpus Dinosaurumpus 🦖🦕

[IanAlexYoung @IanAlexYoung2]

@Cmdr_Hadfield Awesome Chris - thanks for being such an amazing role model for thousands of young people - when ever we cover our space topic at school I always show your videos on the space station about everyday life to the kiddos xXx

@Hemmch I was 17 - forgot that I was a year younger - my mum cried when she saw my smashed up face. I never went on a ‘nappy night’ teenage nightclub experience with my friends from school - I was too scared that some one would beat the crap out of me.

[IanAlexYoung @IanAlexYoung2]

@Hemmch This violence isn’t just against women - I was followed from a gay night club - beaten and mugged at 18 years old by male thugs. The dialogue is TOXIC MASCULINITY - including violence against women as well as the other fringe groups targeted by male thugs!

A couple of challenges in EY today. Proved very popular with our little learners!

[IanAlexYoung @IanAlexYoung2]

.... hmm this sounds VERY familiar. Big bosses saying they value and care about people at the bottom - then cutting numbers, wages or making it almost impossible to survive on the money left when push comes to shove. How many more times will this cycle repeat itself?

[IanAlexYoung @IanAlexYoung2]

@Richard7Lewis @MrsMurp85393877 Ran this today (all be it on my Wii Fit system) 🏃🏼 now crashed on the sofa 😅

[IanAlexYoung @IanAlexYoung2]

@Soozie_Sioux @deputygrocott My goodness I loved them xXx

[IanAlexYoung @IanAlexYoung2]

@deputygrocott They wrote a book adaption of it - so it definitely counts - and you looked fabulous xXx

[IanAlexYoung @IanAlexYoung2]

@SianAWalters2 - show the boys this queen of dragons !! 🤩

[IanAlexYoung @IanAlexYoung2]

Tiamat 5 headed dragon queen - made from scratch by myself for Dungeons and Dragons fun! 🐉🧞‍♂️🧚🏻‍♀️🧙🏼‍♀️🧝🏼‍♂️🧜🏽
