Absolutely furious with @Delta for canceling DL1217 ATL-RSW last night due to NO PILOT AVAILABLE. Didn’t bother notifying us until boarding time—wasted hours at the gate. Then offers a useless off-site hotel voucher at 1AM (pointless) and a food voucher for an airport that’s basically shut down. This is unacceptable incompetence. Fix your scheduling and compensate properly! #DeltaSucks #AirlineFail”
