All this “Cartel Club” nonsense. I’d bin off the PSR & SCR rules, and let’s see what happens. However, I’d also tear up the existing TV deal and let clubs negotiate their own. If it all goes tits up like Blackburn, you’d get no help and I’d let you go under.
