Meet Tim, #WittenhamClumps is his special place in nature.🌱
As a child, he climbed its hills, and now, as a ranger, he's caring for this extraordinary landscape.
Please donate today and help us protect this much cherished place: https://t.co/XxpostfsxZ 🙏

#itvdebate what are the parties doing to address the nature crisis? Nature underpins the whole of life on earth, we're losing species at record rates and risk ecosystem collapse - but the parties are hardly mentioning it
Today, we’re launching our Green Match Fund campaign to restore woodland homes for wildlife.
🌳
Donate online between 18 - 25 April and Big Give will double your gift!

"Solving the housing crisis does not need to involve an ecologically unforgivable project of mass-scale housebuilding" - thought proking article https://t.co/vFfM7pbvZX
@BristolTreeFora @CllrEllieking @DanicaPriest@avonwt The scrub habitat at Yew Tree Farm is what makes it so special for such a wide range of wildlife. It would be a tragedy and a travesty and completely ecologically illiterate to remove it in the name of achieving the fixed conditions the site was in when it was designated
@stillawake@Catherinewith11@DanicaPriest Wow - just wow. Have a look at the fantastic work the Partnership are doing before you throw shade on them. Very easy to be a critic.
Incredible bird survey at our #rewilding sites yesterday! Goshawk, woodcock & merlin all new records at #WilderLittleDuxmore & SE owl at #WilderNunwell. Great to see new species using the sites, nature is returning! Snaps of other species seen & an Exmoor pony of course!
Restoring missing wildlife such as wlidebeest, wolves, beavers, bison, whales and marine fish to their former abundance is one if the most powerful and important things we can do to reverse dangerous climate change #wilding

We are deeply disappointed in Bristol City Council’s decision last night to expand South Bristol Cemetery & Crematorium into Yew Tree Farm, a site designated, by the council itself, as a Site of Nature Conservation Interest (SNCI). (1/9)
