@SmithChristian4 I’ve had the same , tried calling them to discuss an issue that their silly automated response cant sort out , gives me a few options & then ends the call ! So frustrating
@nextofficial Hi , is there a problem ordering online ? When you try to checkout is just says there is a technical problem & to check the basket , this is the same using the app & website
@virginmedia Hi , i’ll look into this , i dont mind being contacted just before my contract expires , however being contacted sometimes twice per day , 5 months before my contract expires is slightly excessive .
@virginmedia Hi , if i get anymore sales calls regarding my contract i’ll definitely go elsewhere when it expires ! I’ve told the callers multiple times i’m not interested in getting into another deal until my current deal is nearing its end , they wont stop calling me !!!

@ThreeUK Hi , is there any way of disabling 2 factor sign in & set up face id ? Takes ages to sign in , i cant see any option for face id in the app
